Handling Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Sundays and holidays. Our team carefully prepares each order to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
Transit Time Once your order has shipped, most packages are delivered within 7–12 business days (Monday through Friday). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, or during peak holiday periods.
Order Cutoff Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. To avoid delays, please place your order before the daily cutoff.
Shipping Locations and Charges We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your packages.
Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Ensure Accurate Shipping Info To avoid delays, please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Order Changes or Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skinlyx.com. Once an order begins processing, changes may no longer be possible.
Missing or Damaged Packages If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the original packaging and include photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
